How is the book created?
The book is created using our proprietary artificial intelligence, which generates a fully illustrated character based on a photo of your child. This means the book doesn’t simply include a photo — your child appears as a fully animated character and the main hero of the story.
All you need to do is choose a book, upload a high-quality portrait photo of your child (up to the waist, with a clearly visible face, without glasses or accessories), and enter their name and age. After that, our AI does the magic 😊
Every book also goes through manual moderation, where any potential imperfections are carefully adjusted to ensure the highest possible quality.
This way, you and your child receive a truly unforgettable experience and genuine joy from your purchase.
How do I place an order?
Choose a book from the Books page, upload a photo of the child, and wait while the book is generated. Once it’s ready, place your order.
Follow the checkout steps and enter your name, phone number, and delivery address. That’s it!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Revolut, Stripe payments, and Cash on Delivery.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please first check your Spam or Junk folder, as the email may sometimes end up there.

Can I make changes to my book?
Yes, but only if you haven’t completed your order yet. During the preview process, you can request changes by uploading a new photo or generating the book again.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as your book has not yet been printed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@magictale.eu.
Can I receive a PDF file of my book?
Yes, you can, but this option is available only for orders paid online.

Shipping & Returns
How long does production take?
The standard production and delivery time for a book is 3–5 business days.
We also offer an Express Production option, where the book is created and delivered within 2–3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is shown on the checkout page and is usually between BGN 6 and 8, depending on the selected payment method.
Can I return the book?
Yes, you have the right to request a return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note that our books are personalized and made especially for you. Because of this, returned books cannot be resold and are usually destroyed.
That said, if the book arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if it is damaged or lost during delivery through no fault of your own, we will replace it free of charge after verification.
If you would like to request a return for any other reason, please contact us at support@magictale.eu and explain the situation. We review every request individually and will always try to find a fair solution — our goal is for every customer to be satisfied.

If I paid online, can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes, you can receive a full refund if your book has not yet been printed, or a partial refund if it has already been printed but has not yet been shipped.
Once the book has been printed and shipped, we are no longer able to issue a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us by email at support@magictale.eu. We process emails 24/7 and respond very quickly.
If your order has been shipped before we were able to read your cancellation request, we will guarantee a refund.
This option applies only to orders paid online.
Where is my order?
If you haven’t received your order for an extended period, there may be an issue with the delivery. For more accurate information, please contact us at support@magictale.eu and include your phone number or order number.
We’ll check the status right away and let you know where your order is.
Which couriers do you work with?
We work with several courier companies: Econt, Sameday, Europat, DPD, and GLS.
Can I inspect the package before paying cash on delivery?
Yes, every order includes an “Inspection before payment” option.
