We produce your personalized book within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the workload of our production team.
Delivery & timelines:
Delivery: 2 to 4 business days.
This means the total time production + delivery is 4 to 7 business days.
Payment:
- Cash on delivery — you pay the courier upon delivery. (currently available)
- Online payment — once enabled, orders will be prioritized and processed faster, and delivery will be cheaper (no cash-on-delivery commission). Coming soon.
Couriers & addressing:
- We work with Econt, Sameday, Europat, DPD and GLS. We have preferential rates.
- For a home address, we usually ship with Sameday, Europat, DPD or GLS, depending on the best available rate and service for your area.
Estimated delivery cost: €4–€6 (varies depending on payment method and location).
All parcels include inspection before payment. We ship directly from our atelier in Sofia (Bulgaria).
